Meet Maddy ✨ With 15 years behind the chair, Maddy brings an incredible amount of talent, experience, and heart to everything she does. She has a special passion for blonding services and an eye for detail that makes her a perfectionist in all the best ways. But what truly sets Maddy apart is her ability to connect with people. Whether it's your first appointment or your fiftieth, she has a way of making you feel like you've been friends for years. She genuinely cares about every guest who sits in her chair and puts her whole heart into making sure they leave feeling beautiful and confident. Her love for the beauty industry even has a special family connection. Her late grandmother worked as a shampoo girl in her younger years, making Maddy's career feel like a little piece of family history coming full circle. Meet Kelsey ✨ Kelsey has spent the last 8 years behind the chair, with her journey beginning right alongside Maddy, who helped shape her into the stylist she is today. What started as a mentor relationship grew into a friendship and eventually a shared dream of creating something of their own. Kelsey has a passion for lived-in, dimensional color and bold fantasy shades, but she's always up for a creative challenge.
